Sautéed Portobello mushroom marinated in a Balsamic vinaigrette on a whole grain bun with crisp red onion, juicy tomato, fresh baby green, jalapeño pepper jack cheese AND a crispy fried egg with a gooey yolk.
Served with baby carrots & Blue Agave tortilla chips.
