Scrubbed clean. Pierced & rolled in olive oil then seasoned with coarse sea salt & fresh ground pepper.
Baked naked (sans foil) for 1 hour at 350, giving it a superbly crisp & crunchy skin.
Smothered with EXTRA-SUPER SHARP TILAMOOK CHEDDAR (the type of cheese that rearranges the teeth in your mouth). The whole potato ensemble is then topped with extra crispy (burnt) caramelized onions, shallots & garlic.
Heinz Baked Beans. Unadulterated & topped with a little Jack cheese.
My own creation of high quality solid white long-fin tuna (canned Albacore works), chunked & tossed with diced sweet onion, green & red pepper, a dash of olive oil, cilantro & a secret mix of spices & seasonings.
